About
A "Splinter Cell" refers to a small, elite unit of covert operatives that operate independently from larger organizations, often used for intelligence gathering and special operations. The term emphasizes their stealthy and discreet nature, akin to a small, sharp piece that can infiltrate without being detected.
We are here to make a difference in the lives of those around us. In our sphere of influence that we have been given. The idea of SCD is come and learn, to be discipled, and then to splinter and disciple a group of your own.
